Eric found his passion for developing people, teams, and organizations early in his career. Build up and build out is his mantra.
His entry into the working world involved learning a field service trade from the ground up. By the age of twenty-one, Eric managed the operation of a multimillion-dollar company, having helped it to triple in size over three years. Since then, he has exited two of his own businesses successfully.
Eric gained a formal skill set for developing strategy which is made evident by his successful completion of the rigorous Strategic Management Graduate Certificate Program of Harvard University.
Believing strategy without execution is worthless, Eric has also intentionally developed his team building, talent identification, leadership development, coaching, and entrepreneurship ability.
He maintains the certifications of Gallup’s CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder), Gallup’s Builder Talents, DISC behaviors, Driving Forces, EQ, Acumen (Applied Axiology), and Integrity Selling and is also a Certified Growth Curve Specialist.
Eric takes the Journey Alliance core value of Happy and Healthy to heart. He enjoys creating adventures, especially outdoors, with his wife Margaret and children Trinity, Amiah, and Elijah. When not spending quality time with his family, Eric enjoys running, reading, and catching up with new and old friends over coffee.
